Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item. This gives you ample time to ensure your gift is perfect for the occasion.
Return Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you detailed return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging
- Ship to Us: Mail the package to our address using a trackable shipping method
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different gift from our collections (Anniversary, Birthday, Wedding, etc.), follow the same process as returns and specify your preferred exchange item in your email.
Important Conditions
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking fee may apply for opened or used items
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and intimate nature of certain gifts, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made gifts (including engraved items)
- Gift sets that have been opened or partially used
- Digital products or gift certificates
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
